Armstead Walker Jr.'s payment card that recorded his 1896 membership dues for the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows, an influential black faternal organization. Mr. Walker was a past Grand Master of the organization. He was a prominent member of the Richmond community, belonging to the I.O. of St. Luke, the Odd Fellows, and the Elks.
